Our Business Management System is accredited to the latest available quality standards - ISO 9001:2008, environmental standards - ISO 14001: 2004 and Health & Safety Standards - OHSAS 18001: 2007. This system ensures we maintain our responsibilities throughout every tier of the organisation
All staff members of Allied Lifts work under performance management, these are focused towards promoting the best value service and are constantly reviewed with appropriate actions being put in place. Performance management has allowed us to achieve the following goals;
- Client retention of 98%
- Non-emergency calls attended to within contract terms
- Emergency calls attended to within 1 hour
- Field operatives CSCS approved (safe worker) and NVQ accredited or equivalent.
- NEBOSH accredited H&S Officer
- Zero accidents/incidents report over past 12 months
- 55% reduction in misuse related call outs
- A wide range of accreditations
- All works supported by relevant risk assessments / method statements
- Application of vehicle management system for improved performance and response
Based on continual improvement we are currently managing performance to work towards achieving the following;
- Lift breakdowns repaired at time of initial visit
- No repeat faults
- No accidents / incidents
- No service related breakdowns
