With our dedicated 24 hour call out facility to clients and non-clients, our emergency facility offers response times of as little as 30 minutes from receipt of call. Along with our support staff, we’ll keep you updated with your engineer’s progression and informing of estimated arrival time to site.

Our goal is to safely repair 100% of lifts upon initial call out; should a further repair be required we aim to carry out safe temporary repairs, allowing safe lift use until this can be completed.
